A purpose-built online booking platform that allows customers to register, browse class schedules, reserve slots, and complete payment via M-Pesa — entirely online, without calling or visiting in person.

The customer-facing side of the platform opens with a branded landing page showcasing the academy's programs, facilities, and clear calls to action. From there, customers can create an account and log in securely to access the full platform. Once inside, they can browse available classes and reserve slots in real time, as well as explore an online gear shop stocked with swimming products. The cart and checkout flow is powered by M-Pesa STK Push, allowing customers to pay instantly from their phone. A personal dashboard ties everything together, giving each customer a central place to view their upcoming bookings, order history, and manage their profile.

Admin Panel
The admin panel gives the academy's management team complete control over day-to-day operations through a secure, role-based login. Administrators can manage students and members, build out class schedules, and set capacity limits for each session. Booking oversight and attendance tracking keep management informed of who is showing up and when. The panel also covers the gear shop side of the business, with full product and inventory management, order tracking, and fulfillment tools. On the financial side, all payment records are logged and accessible through built-in reporting. A central dashboard surfaces key metrics and recent activity, giving admins an at-a-glance view of how the academy is performing at any given time.
